Ingredients:

all-purpose flour

salt

tsp
celery seeds

tbsp
canola oil
1/2
cup
water
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and celery seeds.
Add in oil and mix until crumbly.
Pour in water, and mix until a dough forms.
Knead on a lightly oiled surface until smooth.
Rest dough for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oil in a frying pot to 350°F.
Divide dough into 8, and roll into smooth balls.
Roll each dough ball into a 6-inch circle.
Place the puri into the oil, press, and baste with the oil until it inflates.
Flip over, and fry until golden brown.
Place on a paper towel lined colander to drain oil.
