Cream cheese frosting is one of my favourite frostings. It’s combination of sweet and tangy is perfection. With only 5 ingredients, this recipe is quick, simple, and easy.
First, in a bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Next, mix in vanilla extract, salt, and enough milk to get a thick consistency. Enjoy!
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz softened full-fat cream cheese
- 1/3 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp full-fat milk
In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese, butter, and sugar.
Whisk in the vanilla extract, salt, and enough milk to get a thick consistency.
