Egg in a Hole

Jump to Recipe

Egg in a hole is a simple and quick breakfast that is makes a perfect breakfast. It is an innovative way to make eggs and toast in one. The rich runny yolk is perfect to dip the bread into.

Heat a non-stick skillet, and lightly grease. Cut out the center of the bread.

Toast the circle until golden brown on both sides.

Toast the bread on one side.

Flip the bread, and crack the egg into the center.

Once the egg white is cooked on bottom, flip, and cook for 20-30 more seconds.

Enjoy!
