Mango lassi is a delicious, sweet, and tangy drink that’s incredibly popular in India. It’s the perfect refreshing treat for a hot summer day when you need something cool and satisfying. Best of all, it’s incredibly simple to make and requires only four ingredients.
WHAT IS DAHI?
Dahi is a type of Indian-style yogurt known for its thicker texture and more complex flavour compared to regular yogurt. It can be found at some supermarkets, as well as in Asian or Indian food stores. If you can’t find dahi, Greek yogurt is the best substitute, as it has a similar thickness and tangy taste.
