Mango lassi is a delicious sweet, tangy mango drink that is very popular in India. Mango Lassi is great for a hot summer day when you need something to cool down with. It is very simple to make, and only requires 4 ingredients.
WHAT IS DAHI?
Dahi is Indian-style yogurt, that has more complex flavour and is thicker than regular yogurt. Dahi can be found at some supermarkets, Asian/Indian food stores. If you do not have Dahi, greek yogurt is the best substitute.
